When I was born, I opened my eyes screaming, gasping for breath. I imagine I was pretty good at making noise, announcing my arrival. I don’t remember it, but I know my eyes had never seen light before. My parents told me they thought that was a pretty terrific day. But they don’t dote over me anymore. I grew up. I didn’t return to darkness, I started running in the light. I get to announce the new birth is available for you too. If you are walking in darkness, open your eyes, scream, experience your day. Then join the life of a runner for Jesus.
“Remember, our Message is not about ourselves; we’re proclaiming Jesus Christ, the Master. All we are is messengers, errand runners from Jesus for you. It started when God said, “Light up the darkness!” and our lives filled up with light as we saw and understood God in the face of Christ, all bright and beautiful.”
